Ordered a Martha Stewart arrangement it was delivered on time an looked a exactly as it was pictured on the site.  Site was easy to use and prices were comparable to local florist.  

Delivered to the wrong Recipient Address!

This was my 1st time ordering from 800flowers(I've always used FromYouFlower). Well, I placed 2 orders for delivery to Clayton,NC (same day delivery service); however, their contracted florist delivered to the wrong address and then noted in their message system that the Recipient REFUSED the delivery, which was NOT TRUE! then... I called later that evening and requested a redelivery, and was told the following morning that they did but nothing has been seen/received on the Recipient's end. Then, the florist realized that their delivery person has dropped off the items on the wrong house and so they did deliver again on the 3rd try but this time, the Sympathy messages were in another language other than English and the Florist shop attempted to re-written the message by hand (!) and it was all written wrong (with the wrong accent marks and special characters), when they could have just simply print the message out and attached it onto their cards, which would make their life much easier then attempting to re-written by hand and got it all mumble jumble. Anyway, just an FYI for everyone to be more aware if you're ordering from 1800Flowers.com.

Flowers for Anyone?

Ordered thru 1800-Flowers and they were delivered on time. However, the size seemed smaller than what I thought I ordered otherwise they were nice.  Would probably rate as a 4 star in most cases based on their timely delivery per instructions.

Very Dependable

Good selection of flowers.  Always dependable.  Easy to navigate thru checkout.  It is my No. 1 choice for sending flowers for any event.  I gave it only 4 stars simply because the shipping is a tad high, but perhaps that is because I am just tight.  A few more discounts throughout the year on shipping would be nice.  And a lot of the selections are not available in my area.

Idiots!

This is the second year in a row they sent flowers one week before the persons birthday.I put Sept.25 both times and they delivered the flowers both years a week early. Will not use again!

The flowers were delivered promptly that day and lasted 2 weeks. The only flaw I didn't like was the picture advertises lemons, and the actual flowers arrived with a plastic (cheap looking) replica.

Sure didn't look like it!

I ordered a purple bouquet,,, a variety of all purple flowers... in a purple vase.  The gift my sister received had 3 Japanese Irises and a tall purple spike at the top.  Nothing else was purple; not even the vase; it was clear.  Including delivery I paid over $50.  If I were to buy it directly from the store, (I would not, by the way!)  I wouln't pay more than $12.

Beautiful Arrangements - Wonderful Service

We found a gorgeous arrangement for a Sweet 16 gift.  The flowers and additional gifts arrived promptly on the date specified.  Everything was bright and fresh.  The cash back I received from Shop-At-Home allowed us to purchase a more expensive gift as well - so thank you 1-800-Flowers for allowing us to "Shop-At-Home!"

I ordered flowers for my friend for Mother's day and she still hasnt' got them, but I was charged for them. I think I should be refunded my money. I am VERY dissappointed with this service.

Cookie Tower

Wanted to send flowers to daughter on business trip but knowing they would be difficult to bring home with her, searched for an alternative gift.  I found the "cookie tower".  To my delight, it was delivered a day earlier than  expected.  She loved it!  The cookies were beautifully decorated, delicious and very well packaged for traveling.  Thanks for a great experience.

I ORDERD FLOWERS TO BE SENT TO MY MOTHER THROUGH 1800FLOWERS.COM. I WAS VERY DISIPIONTED TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER WHERE DELIVERED. I CHECKED THE WEB SIGHT USING THE THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER PROVIDED. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO ORDER OR A ORDER NUMBER. IM CONFUSED, HOW IS IT I WAS ABLE TO PRINT A COMFIRMATION NUMBER ON AN ORDER THAT WAS NEVER PLACED.

Unhappy Mother's Day

 I ordered a gift for my mother, and requested that it be delivered on Mother's Day.  They asked if it was all right to deliver the day before - so I said, Sure.  No problem.

It still hasn't arrived.  And this is Wednesday.  I'm more than a little bit unhappy.

My mother was very pleased with the hydrangia. It was in a beautiful stained glass planter that must have been more beautiful than pictured on the web site because she went on and on about it.

The flowers arrived in perfect condition and were absolutely beautiful - my Mom loved them and the vase they arrived in. New, local florist was used and they didn't arrange them well, but the flowers were beautiful and made up for that.

Perfect Gift

I ordered purple irises surrounding pink tulips in a silver vase for my best friend's birthday.  She said they were beautiful and when I saw them for myself, they were really pretty.  The vase was perfect too--it wasn't tacky, shiny, silver, but a muted, brushed silver.  It was a truly beautiful display and I'm so glad I chose it to honor her birthday!
