Excellent customer service

Best neighborhood hardware store
I love going to my local ACE Hardware store, They are very kind and helpful. They also have a great rewards program. Sales are awesome and they are right around the corner in every neighbohood.

Higher Priced, But Very Convenient
My local ACE store has higher prices than Home Depot, but the convenience makes up for it. Recently, I've also been able to find some plumbing parts at ACE that I couldn't find at the larger hardware stores. Plus, with my ACE Rewards card, I get some pretty good coupons in the mail.

Easy Shopping
I love the ease of shopping online and picking up my purchase at my local Ace harware. Plus I get free shipping! I love my local Ace hardware, it is a friendly, family run store. I always get great service there.
I purchased my new lawn mower and I love it. As long as I can push it, it's guaranteed to start every time lol. It is quiet so I can mow anytime; totally green, no gas or electricity, and it cuts the grass very nicely. I love the exersize I get while mowing. Healthy for me and healthy for the environment.

outdoor chaise lounge
We ordered an outdoor chaise lounge online and it was delivered to the local store. It was as advertised and came earlier than we expected. The store did call to say it had been delivered, as they said they would. Unfortunately, the chaise was filthy when it was brought out to us. The store did nothing to even dust it off. Very poor business practice.

Half-Gallon Mason Jars Purchase

Didn't get the item I ordered! Don't do ship to store option
I ordered a Dewalt light, the discription said the battery and charger were included, I called to confirm and was told it was included. IT WASN"T. Also, I used the ship to store option. It took 9 business to get it to the store!
