Rip Off Company
I ordered something from Active Forever and found that it was not going to work for my mother. I returned it and they said they never received it. I provided the tracking number and the person who signed for it. Now they are telling me they will not refund my money as I didn't get an RMA. I told them that I never saw that I needed that. I was told that it was in the fine print on the terms and conditions. What a rip off! Now I am out $129. They said they would send it back to me if I would pay an additional $25. Can you believe this?! I will never, never do business with them again!
