Humidifier and supplies
I purchased a humidifier in December and only had it for three weeks and it started to leak. The humidifier itself was great but apparently there was some problem. When I called they were by far the most fantastic on line help I have ever received. With very few questions they shipped me a new humidifier and paid to have the broken one returned. They made sure I had the name of the person I was dealing with and the next day I had an email from that person to make sure everything was okay. They kept in touch until I received the new equipment two days later. I would recommend their products and customer service to everyone.
