Most f their apparrel last longer than Holister & Abercombie

My daughter wears a lot of AE.  I will say that it seems to last much longer than some of the other teen clothing stores.  There hoodies are great.  My girls love the styles.

Great clothes one small problem

i love american eagle and spend a lot of money there each year. Unfortunately the purchase I made in Aug. was of clearanced merchandise accept 2 pieces. The next day the put on the buy one jean or tee and get the second jean or tee half off. I called to get the difference ($8.00) credited and the customer service rep said he cant do that and I would have to return the jeans and then buy them again at the discounted price. That was bull.....

My teenage son loves this store. Nice, quality clothes.  Prices compare with other "mall stores" but you can usually catch a good sale here!! Dont forget to check the clearance sections!!

expensive but worth it

I just want to say Ive shopped here since I was 19 now 27. I have jeans from 4 yrs. ago that are still brand new looking. These jeans are tuff and well fitting. I luv AE!! Everything about it is worth it. For those who think its expensive...trying looking at Hollister.com or Abercrombie.com...then you will think otherwise. I cant bring myself to shop at those places. To SPENDY!! AE is the cheaper version of those stores as well as the clearance items are a steal they change there style and online store frequently so if u saw something 24.95 dont want to pay that wait a week or 2 and its in clearance for 14.95 or 9.95 depends. This store is well worth every dime. LUV IT!!

Just ordered 3 pairs of AE jeans. I love these jeans. They are comfortable and cute. I think they are a little pricey but I like to wait until they go on clearence and then buy them. Totally worth it.

American Eagle 77kids

I made two purchases this weekend during the free shipping sale and tops starting at $5 sale, the first purchase was made on Friday morning and the second on friday afternoon, I received confirmation emails for both purchases, however only one of my purchases had shipped, I had to call on the following Tuesady morning to find out about the purchase that did not show as being shipped (this would be the first order) and the customer service person told me that the order was never shipped, that there was a "glitch" with their ordering system, upon reordering the same items that I had purchased she also told me that all of my items that I had purchased were now out of stock:(  needless to say I am very disapointed with American Eagle 77 kids over this.

GREAT PANTS FOR THE PRICE

The pants were purchased for my son who is extremely picky about his cloths, including his work cloths. He works driving forklift in a warehouse but he still has to be "stylin". He was blown away with the price of the pants and the fact that I bought 4 pair to replace the rags that he had been wearing. AE has great quality clothing that is why most of his wardrobe has AE on them. Thanks for helping a Mom find a place to buy good quality clothing at a decent price.

Winter Boots

I was pleased with the boots that I received. The price tag was for $70 and I paid $20. Boots are very comfortable, warm and attractive. I am pleased since these boots look and feel much more expensive than they were. Would highly recommend.

Never disappoints!

I have been shopping at American Eagle Outfitters for many years (both on and offline). I have to say that I have always been extremely happy with both the quality & value of the merchandise. Also, I have never had any problems with returns. I love the 'all access pass' (which is free to join), it earns you points each time you shop which then turn into rewards, such as 20% off your next purchase or more!

I love the way that American Eagle clothes fit.  It is priceless to find something that fits as well as they do and are inexspensive.  I love the store and will continue to shop there.  And I love that if I buy something on line and I don't like it, I can take it to a store and exchange it for something else.  Plus if they don't have what I want, they can order it and it ships fast and free.  Awesome.

love the on-line ordering, local store told me there was no such size as 33 waist jeans?  wala, they some how mysterousloy appeared on-line!  Always had quick shipment on all purchases!

I would definately not reccommed shopping American Eagle Online.  Go to the stores and recieve great customer service but the online customer service leaves a lot ot be desired.  The online reps have absolutely no knowledge of the product or procedures.  I have consistantly been disappointed with the service online.
