Great Service
I've had great experiences ordering from Apple. Plus, being able to schedule support through the Genius Bar at the Apple Store makes ongoing support a snap. However, make sure you've got Apple Care or you're out of luck if the product fails!

Apple ipod touch
The Apple Store has it right when it comes to customer service. From the point of ordering to any warranty issues they make your Apple expenence a good one where you are left thinking that they really "get it". I had a problem with my ear buds and the problem was resolved with in three days at no cost to me.

Great Experience
It was easy and quick and I loved it. I know nothing about Ipods and purchased this item for my daughter whose Ipod was stolen and I wanted it replaced immediately, well I ordered it on Thursday late day and had it by Monday and my daughter loves it especially the initials I had put on it for nothing. Now how great is that.

Partial order
I only give 4 stars because I only received half my order. I was under the impression both items were in stock, yet one arrived in 5 days and the other I am still waiting for ... 12 days and counting. I am happy with Apple as a company for other purchases.

Purchase at Apple Store
The Apple Store site is easy to navigate, and contains both icons and a listing of their core products. On this trip I purchased additional accessories for my beloved iphone 3G. The variety and prices are good for the quality of the products. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for, the Popular Accessories, Staff Picks and Top Sellers columns are quite helpful. Best of all, once you make your purchase you don't have to wait long for your new stuff.

Gift made easy.
Made a purchase of a IPod Touch. My granddaughters got them for Christmas and I wanted to get my daughter a new one since I had gotten her an IPod 5 years ago. When I saw the Touch, I knew that she would really like it. I ordered it on Saturday and received it Monday. You can't beat that for service. It was also engraved with my daughter's name and Happy Birthday, which will be on Jan. 7th. I will order from them again if the occasion arose. My granddaughters asked their Dad why their's wasn't engraved. Good online service.
