I love the used book option. The biggest problem I see is shipping and handling is VERY expensive. If everything is coming from same supplier there is no reason for the high rate

Both books will be given to my grandson for his 1st birthday.  They are great bedtime stories just as shown on the website. My order was processed quickly and delivered faster than anticipated.

I am a frequent user of the Barnes and Noble website and have never been disappointed. I typically get fast and free delivery and the opportunity to save money. The site is also very easy to navigate, and although I love to spend time browsing the shelves in person, it isn't always possible. This is the next best thing!

ABC A Family Alphabet Book

I was so happy to find this  particular book  ( I looked for and found one at an online auction $138.00)  for my Grandson who has a diverse family situation. One Mom  two Dads. It is a beautiful well written and wonderfully illustrated book. The only problem is I haven't received it yet.1'm  sure when I get it I will upgrade my survey to five stars.

Barnes & Noble has always effectively met my purchasing needs.  Their website is easy to get around in, and tells you whether the item is in stock or not.  Items have been packaged well and received in a timely manner.

Shopping at Barnes and Noble with Shop at Home

B&N is always a great experience for me, but now even better with Shop at Home.  Not only did I get my member discount and free shipping, I used a coupon code for more off and still got double cash back with Shop at Home!  I waited a few days for the double back day and was very pleased.

Site is easy to use. Search feature gives you the ability to not only check for new books, but allows you to browse for used books.

there are many clearance price books available, especially online, but even paperbacks are expensive these days.  very good for those who live in rural or otherwise isolated areas, especially to look for one's favorite author that may not be found in local library

Super fast shipping and no complaints as always.  Barnes and Noble will always be the company I use to purchase new books.  They have excellent sales and always have coupons available, plus free shipping on orders over $25.  You can't get any better than B&N!

Great Store

Going in to a Barnes & Noble store is like walking into a candy shop for me! I have shopped both online with them and at the stores and have a wonderful experiences both ways.  I  have yet to not find what I was looking for.  In-store they have such pleasant helpful people to help customers locate what they're looking for.  This is great for me because I have problems with my legs sometimes (getting old!), so I don't really want to have to roam up and down the aisles.  And online is a breeze.  I've always gotten what I ordered in good shape and in a timely manner.
