Good Source for Books
Ordered two books from same seller, shipment was prompt and items were in condition as described. Biggest negative is that shipping charges were billed as separate shipments even though they were shipped together at a lesser total shipping cost. Ratting would be higher if shipping chgs were more reasonable.

Good job! But tough competition---
I ordered books the same day from BN.COM as well as Amazon- same book-- I got the Amazn bok on day faster, and it was atad cheaper- howwever, both Amazon ad B&N were much cheaper than my local bookstore- Tough bookselling environment!

A friend recommended me to order text books from Barnes & Noble. I was easy, affordable and conveinent. Received the book faster than I was expecting. I will check with Barnes & Noble the next I need to order text books.

What a Great Store!
I like to order from Barnes and Noble because they have a very wide selection of books. They usually have items I'm looking for in stock. This time, there was a hiccup with my order. I called them and they fixed everything up for me very quickly. It also helps that they offer a member discount card and that they have a discount card for teachers!

expensive shipping
I love the used book option. The biggest problem I see is shipping and handling is VERY expensive. If everything is coming from same supplier there is no reason for the high rate

Good Night Moon and On the night you were born

Outstanding Service!!!
I am a frequent user of the Barnes and Noble website and have never been disappointed. I typically get fast and free delivery and the opportunity to save money. The site is also very easy to navigate, and although I love to spend time browsing the shelves in person, it isn't always possible. This is the next best thing!

ABC A Family Alphabet Book
I was so happy to find this particular book ( I looked for and found one at an online auction $138.00) for my Grandson who has a diverse family situation. One Mom two Dads. It is a beautiful well written and wonderfully illustrated book. The only problem is I haven't received it yet.1'm sure when I get it I will upgrade my survey to five stars.

Shopping at Barnes and Noble with Shop at Home
B&N is always a great experience for me, but now even better with Shop at Home. Not only did I get my member discount and free shipping, I used a coupon code for more off and still got double cash back with Shop at Home! I waited a few days for the double back day and was very pleased.
