Terrific Place to shop with great customer service!
I have been shopping at Boston Proper for several years. They have great up to date looks. Love the accessories and the customer service is always great. They take returns without a hassle and if you look for promotion codes quite often there is a free shipping offer you just place in the source box at check out.Getting a rebate at shopathome.com is another plus.

I think places that cater to small sizes only in retrospect hurt themselves. Women that are of the plus size also want to look nice, are you saying Boston Proper that if you are not small you don't deserve to look nice??

Boston Proper will lose my business in the pants area. Not everyone is petite. Inseams that go only to 32" is outdated.

Site is easy to navigate - good descriptions - ease of check out and returns are easy to accomplish. Sizing seems to be accurate. Some items slightly over-priced but sale items are competively priced.

Very pleased with the quality
I'm happy with the quality and service of Boston Proper. The only reservations I have is with the sizing of the bottoms. Shorts, pants, capris....... for the market you are serving, I found the sizing to run somewhat smaller than other higher-end companys. At least a half size smaller. I would like to see more low-rise available. I love the fabrics and styles, just maybe the option of a low-waisted version. Us baby-boomers want to hold on to some things that we have a hard time letting go of!! Much thanks and a great future for you!

Positive Experience...
I had a fabulous experience with this store. Their clothes are nice and they ship in a very timely manner. For the most part, I was very satisfied.
A few concerns...(1) If you are tall, you do have to be a little cautious. They do not seem to cater to the taller girls. I am 5'11" and found some of the dresses were substantially shorter on me than in the photo; what would be knee-length in the photo was at my mid thigh. (2) I am not convinced that the prices always represent the quality (some items are entirely too expensive for what they are). (3) Their shipping is a little expensive (but they do provide you with a prepaid return label which does simplify the process of returns/exchanges).
Update: I would advise against ordering ANYTHING white (I ordered several pants, skirts, and a pair of shorts and every last one of them is see through). I was so surprised that at the prices you pay here, you don't get lined clothes.

Good Price/Good Quality
I bought a skirt that was being clearanced. The quality of the material was excellent, and the style is trendy. Boston Proper regular prices are somewhat high, but they have decent sales.

Sizing
It is a great store with a wide selection of items. However, their sizes are bigger than normal, so I ordered everything small but had to order it X-small due to their sizing. So I had to return almost everything. However, the customer service is great and very friendly
