Informed and On Time
I love to purchase my checks from Checks In the Mail. They send frequent emails informing me of the progress of my order, and it is shipped promptly and safely. I have been a customer for many years and have never been dissatisfied!

The site is easy to use, but it frustrates me that "new" customers get such a price break. It would be nice to see the businesses reward returning customers.

Checks via web vs mail/call
There was no way to enter multiple coupon codes, although they had several listed in the flyer and on the site. I spent an extra $7 on my $24 order that should have been discounted with the codes included in the flyer (newspaper). I called them to ask what to do, and they said to email their customer service (link on their website) with my order number and the codes / discounts. Then they would credit me the amount. Not only did they not credit me, but they didn't even respond to the email (they promise 24 hour response time). The product is fine, the site and it's discounts are lacking....

Sorority Stuff
I purchased my daughter's sorority emblem on return labels. It was such a surpise to see an item like this available. I wanted to surprise her...since graduation she has served for the last 5 years as an advisor to the chapter which she is a 'Founder'.

Great Service
Before ordering from Checks In The Mail, I tried to reorder checks through the company my bank recommended. That was a joke, so I decided to give Checks In The Mail a try. The order process was quick and easy. I had my order in less then 2 weeks.

Shipping cost :(
The service was okay, but they attached shipping cost to each item of my order making it much higher than what was listed before confirming my order. Be careful!
