Coldwater Creek is, by far, my very favorite site on the web.  I've totally upgraded my look purchasing their wonderful fitting clothes with wonderful sale prices.  I recommend the quality of the clothes due to all the detailing and workmanship that goes into the construction of them. A day doesn't go by that I don't receive multiple compliments on my jackets, slacks, jewelry and handbags.  Try the outlet just once, and you'll be hooked like me.  Oh, and on top of it all, they provide impeccable customer service with a no questions asked return policy.  You have nothing to lose to try them out!

Recently, at the SeaGirt Coldwater Creek Store in NJ, on a hectic special sale day at closing time, one salesperson neglected to include a wrapped parcel in my bag - another salesperson offered to bring it to my house the next day!  Where else does that occur??

An order placed on 9/21/09 still has not arrived.  It has been sitting at my local post office since 9/23 and was supposed to be delivered in 2 days.  Coldwater Creek refuses to cancel the order or credit my account because first I have to refuse the shipment.  I can't refuse what I don't have.  I even tried to pick it up from the post office but that wasn't allowed.  It is now October 7, no clothes, no credit, no response to the most recent emails.  I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. Superior Quality and Styles that never go out of date

I love the style and quality of the clothing from COLDWATER CREEK. When I purchase clothing from this store it lasts forever.  The fabric holds up wash after wash and the clothing never goes out of style. 

General Merchandise

Most items are  well sized but sp,eomen's items run too large or too small; sizing is not consistent and results in the need to return merchandise- or give it away to avoid not being able to use it at al.

My first order from Coldwater Creek came and it was wrong--I emailed them immediately and received an immediate reply.  I was to send the incorrect item back and they would reship the originally ordered item free of charge.  I was totally surprised to find they did not mean the shipping would be free of charge but that they were correcting their mistake by sending me my $70.00 blouse totally free!!!  I was shocked by their willingness to take the greatest care to retain me as a customer! I had been initially annoyed but felt very humbled by this wonderful gesture on their part...since then I have ordered several times and had only great service and quality merchandise..all their clothing is well sewn with superb detailing-- even better- I trust them!

  I like Coldwater Creek for its stylish creations, its wide range of sizes and, best of all, for its deep discounts in the "outlet" section.  I know they have an easy return policy but I've never wanted to return anything.  The sizes run pretty true and the quality is good.  I just got a darling jacket for about $25; the original price was over $70. I feel really good about that.

Couldn't have asked for more!

I was visiting PCB, FL and just had to go to the local store.  I was greeted upon entering, left alone to do my shopping [which I cherish], but checked on to be sure I found what I needed.  Karen is a wonderful CC representative.

Disappointed with Coldwater Creek

I am looking for a dress for my daughters wedding.  A friend suggested Coldwater Creek.  I looked online and found a dress I thought could work but don't really like to purchase online due to S&H and returns.  Well I was pleased to find that if you order at a store they will waive the S&H fee and if you have to return, just bring the item back to the store.  Only problem is the items shown on the website don't always show up at the store website so each time I went to the store, the item I wanted was not available.  Strange because it was available form home...After some time, I was finally able to order the dress I wanted over the internet with a coupon offer of free S&H.  Much to my disappointment after all the issues I had ordering the dress, it was MUCH shorter than what the model and pictures had shown, it was suppose to be floor length and it ended up not even reaching to my ankles(I am only 5.4)..so back to the store the dress will go....

Coldwater site easy to navigate

I loved shopping on this site.  I  am always looking for the bargains and this site showed me everything available in my size without being disappointed if something I liked was not in my size.

Good site, quality clothes, but some items were out of stock and you don't know this until you try to purchase.

Coldwater Creek has a wonderful variety of clothing to choose from - lacy or casual, long or short - I really enjoy online shopping with them! Their sales are great and quality is top notch.

Great shopping experience at CC

I love CC and was employed at the Newport, RI new store for a very short time.  I had to leave due to pre-existing back problems, but it was a great experience.  All of the sales staff and managers were very knowledgeable and helpful.  My only complaint is that there are not enough plus sizes in the stores and the pant sizes only go to 20.  They need to go to 24 so that we can try on what we want to purchase.  The clothing is different from what you see in the department stores so you don't see yourself coming and going.  Great store!!!!

Pretty clothes for real women; great outlet prices

I am very fond of Coldwater Creek. They usually have a good selection of items that a mature, normal woman can wear successfully and their outlet prices are excellent.

This is the first  time I've really shopped at Coldwater Creek. The girls that helped me were so very kind and considerate and were so willing to help me. The store was beautiful. The clothes were arranged so that they were very eye appealing. Shopping was a wonderful experience and I would definately return and spend more money:)

Coldwater creek AWSOME

There are so many stores competing for our dollars but Coldwater creek earns them...  I will not buy my clothing anywhere else..

If you could feel the fabrics in the catalog or on line it would be great.. I had the chance to shop in a store and felt for myself the diffrent fabrics and that alone is worth a trip to a store at least one time....
