Best I ever had!

I've rented with other car rentals before but Enterprise is the most accomodating, friendliest, and concerned company I have ever used. They are the best!

Car Renter

I am very happy and impressed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  The Staff is always Cordial and Professional.  The Car is always ready when I need it and my Concerns, though very few, are always handled quickly and with courtesy.  I rent a Car once a week for College and everytime I'm in their office, it is clean and organized, that's a sign of a good business.  Their Office Staff has made a stressful time alot easier when I need to commute to College.  When I open my Medical Practice, I hope my Staff will be as great as the Enterprise Rent-A-Car staff.

Before my vacation I researched car rental places in the airport and decided on enterprise because they had one of the lower rates and I found an online coupon for a free upgrade in car size. The rates were low, but the upgrade wasn't available. It wasn't a big deal. The customer service was decent and quick. Drop of was easy and fast. If the rates are still low, I will use them again.

New Customer

I  was a new customer on 06/09/09. I came into the branch to do my paper work and make my payment and everything just to make sure everythin was ready for the next day. The agent that I got was not friendly their was no smily just blah blah. I let him know that I had reserved a car and wanted to be ready for tommorrw because I had a graduation to go and wanted to be on time he did'nt seem to care he said come back tommorrow and we can sat this up I inform him I was press for time tomorrow and I am here to take care of this now.  He did'nt want to but he went ahead and got the paper going and then he told me I had to live a deposit  $100.00 I was not aware of this I inform him and this he did'nt care he said they have to have the deposit even though I gave him a visa card don't understand this. I started to leave but I stayed there because because my car had to be fix and I did'nt have any other transportation.  He said I woud get the money back when I returned the car still don't understand I had my own insurance to cover the car if something happen an gave him a visa card he was not a good agent.  He said tomorrow when I come it will take 5 min and I would be ready to go we will see not happy first time customer.

0 out of 1 people found the following review helpful: SheRee Joined On: 05/10/2009 Re: New Customer Although there are some branches where this type of service is normal, this is not the typical behaivor of most Enterprise branches.  New Customer did not indicate what branch he visited, but he should contact Enterprise's Customer Service Department at (800) Rent-A-Car and complain.  They will take his complaint and submit it to the Area Manager.  I have been an Enterprise Customer for over 20 years and have seen the good and the bad.  New Customer should not let this experience deter him from using Enterprise again.  Go to a different branch. Enterprise

I've been using Enterprise for several years and its the car rental agency of choice. Always friendly, prompt service and quality cars. Once I worried about the car performance and the staff in the state I was in were all about service. They addressed my concerns and even offered a different car. I was comfortabe enough with their service, I continued on my return trip with in the same car and had no problems for over 300 miles!  

Enterprise Weekend

 I rented a car from Enterprise for the weekend. Friday @ 6pm & returned it on Monday @ 2pm. The car was a Dodge Magnum, brand new & it only cost me $42 for the entire weekend. I love the fact that Enterprise has the 50% off on the weekend. This is the only car-rental place that I use.

rental experience

I have always been very satisfied with Enterprise.  I found that they are very helpful, and send reminders when my reservation date is.  Their vehicles are always clean and run well.  If there are ever any problems, they tend to them right away.

I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car to all of my friends.

Enterprise and the staff at the Greenville SC locations are the best.  They are always happy and ready to make us happy and comfortable.  Since I'm responsible for all rentals they make my job easy.

Wonderful Service

I go to the enterprise at 4911 Dixie Hghway in louisville, Ky. They give really good service and they work with you. The people are very nice i reccomend you to go to this location.

I love enterprise

I have used Enterprise Rent A Car every time I've needed a rental car.  They are very friendly.  They will go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience.  I had to get a rental car after my car was in an accident.  Even though I was stressed to the max, they were more than willing to do all they could to make things easier for me.

No Problems -- Excellent Service

The agents were respectful and courteous. Had my car in less than 5 minutes. The car was brand-new (Chevy Impala with 1700 miles on the odometer) and very clean. Had no problem with the return. Will use Enterprise again, if available at my next destination.

Quality is the best policy

When I purchase a item or a service I expect the customer service to be great. Great customer service leaves any customer feeling like they made a great buying decision it also helps a company retain a customer. I rented a car from this location because they participate in the weekend special I needed to keep the car longer so I did. The weekend came around again and I returned the car to get another weekend special keep in mind I still had the car. I was advise I could not get the special and that drop policy they have did not happen I ws forced to walk home.Later I complained to customer service and a manager called back provided a discount for future service.

I use Enterprise quite a bit. I always have good service with respect and I use Enterprise so oftain that everyone knows me by name and exactly what kind of car I want and dont want.  Jeremy the manager is great he makes sure I always get what I want with no problems. 

Best in PR

For the past 4 years, after checking all websites for rental cars in PR. I always go back to Enterprise.  They are very friendly, cars are clean, and have the rates, even during the Christmas holidays.  Will continue to rent from them.

My experience with Enterprise was wonderful.  the car was ready when I needed it and it was not a problem to extend the rental for a few extra days.  The agents were helpful and friendly.

Great Rental from Enterprise

The service at Enterprise was excellent.   The customer service representative was courteous and helpful.   The weekend special was fantastic.  I certainly would rent from Enterprise again.
