i love expedia

  i have been using expedia for over 5 years and i love expedia. It is so easy and i haven't had a bad experience yet.

Close, but no cigar

Expedia usually saves me money on every trip I plan. However, this time they came up a little short. I was planning a trip to Pigeon Forge and found an Expedia hotel for less than $90. Then I checked on a hotel I had stayed in several years ago there, and their rate was less than $80 for an identical room.

Great Experience

Found a ticket quickly at the price I wanted to pay!  Website is very user friendly. Will def check with Expedia first the next time I need to make travel plans.

Hotel Stay

We had a wonderful time and thanks to expedia we got the hotel right across from the concert we attended.  It was 5-star treatment on a 3-star budget.

Their user interface and prices are hard to beat. Just used them for a great vacation package. Best prices and customer service we've had!

Excellent service

 I planned my trip to Las Vegas on Expedia early in the spring.  The price I got for the hotel I stayed in was wonderful.  We had a wonderful time at the Mirage. Everything worked out wonderful.

Disappointed with service

My return flight was cancelled....I was on the phone for over 5 hours with Expedia trying to get something worked out...without any luck.  Had to find my own flight home. The airline website showed the cancellation....Expedia's site never did...I was on hold for HOURS to no avail.  Will probably not use Expedia again....and neither will my friends!

Was dissappointed at the hotel ... the rating wasn't quite correct and we certainly won't do that again... however you get what you pay for.. Expedia was great tho... however you don't get your cash back points till the travel is complete which seemed odd since you have to pay prior to arrival and there is no refund if you cancel...

Easy Expedi

I had an extremely easy time making my reservations through Expedia!  I had lots of flight options, and the price was better than any other prices I'd been able to find.  I would highly recommend this process.  Incredibly easy to do......and everything went smoothly at the airports, also.

Great trip

I have booked trips through Expedia several times and they are a great website.  They keep you updated on any changes that may occur with the booking and I have never had any trouble with any part of the trip.  Will definitely use them again!!!

Be very careful if you are not ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY SURE about your flight plans

Expedia is not reputable about 'change of plans'.  They get their money & run....'sorry' is their best reply when there is money left on the table for the ticket they sold you and cannot back up for 'any changes'.

Quality Inn

Nice little two-star hotel.  Clean, adequate.

Easy to use!

Site is simple to use-  they throw deals at you, but easy enough to focus on what you really need-  lot's of flights-  I feel for travel agents (not....)
