Nice flowers but they were delivered a day before I had requested. Kind of killed the surprise. Also, they didn't last as long as other flowers I have ordered from other companies.

I ordered flowers on April 14th for my step-mom's birthday on April 15th. Imagine my surprize when I received an e-mail stating that FTD could not find a florist locally to deliver the arrangement that I had chosen. I know for a fact that there are two florists in our town who are affiiated with FTD. I called the telephone number given to me, and was told that they could definitely deliver the flowers the next day. GREAT! Within 15 minutes, I received another phone call stating that they COULD NOT deliver the fowers until 4 days later. I decided to cancel the order. I have to say that the woman who last spoke to me was very empathetic, and assured me that the $75.00 that had been charged to my debit card would be refunded immediately. I have a problem with my debit card being charged BEFORE FTD decided that they could not follow through with the order. I've been a faithful customer of FTD for years, and of late, I have not been happy with the arrangements that have been sent to my friends and family. I feel that I can no longer "take a chance" sending flowes/plants to remind those whom I love that I am thinking of them.

Mother's Day Flowers
