bettter value than others?

 The only reason I ordered through FTD is that I found some arrangements under $20, but the delivery charge being $14.99 made up for the bargain, Whew! But, I assume that's way all those sites are.It did get delivered the day promised/

Our Grandmother is 88 years old and recently had to leave her home and go into a Rehab center.  She is not happy and wants to leave this world.  We were told that when she received the beautiful flowers she was so happy and it really brightened her day.  They were PERFECT!  Thank you FTD!!

Mothers Day Mess Up

I ordered three identical arrangements of Roses all going to different addresses around the country.  Two arrangements arrived in great condition.  The third was very lousy.  A complaint to FTD got a new and correct arrangement sent out a few days later, but the damage was done and her Mothers Day was a little less Happy.

Did not deliver anything remotely like what I ordered

I placed an order for my Mother in Law for Mother's Day.  The arrangement that was delivered was nothing like what I had ordered and was not of the same value or quality as I had ordered and paid for.  I was truly disappointed.  When I contacted customer service, I was informed that a new, correct arrangement would be delivered on Monday.  The new arrangement was never delivered.  The customer service rep was extremely rude when I contacted her again.  I had to take my complaint to the customer service manager who ulitmately refunded my money.  I will not place further orders thru FTD.com. 

Not too good!!

One star because they let me know they couldn't send my flowers by email, the day after I ordered them.  Seeing that I had to enter the zip code for the location I was sending to, that was a bad system probem. So because of their system problem I couldn't use their services.  Sorry FTD I would have loved to help you out on this

Poor Delivery

My son ordered the flowers for me for Mother's Day. They were placed on the Fed Ex truck at 6:00 am and not deliveered until about mid-afternoon. I live in Arizona where we are having 100 degree temperatures. Some of the flowers were bad when I opened them and the ones that seemed okay did not last a full week.

FTD delivery

I had ordered the 19.99 dozen roses special for my mom who lives in Tampa.  The flowers came from Miami?  Also, I typed a message to be included in the delivery, there was no indication who the flowers were from.  Imagine my surprise when I had to ask if she had received any flowers, and she says yes but there was no card or anything to identify them.  Also imagine my disappointment when while they were delivered on Thursday as I requested they were sadly drooping and withered on Mother's day.  I wonder if they would have fared better and lasted longer if they were shipped from a FTD florist in Tampa, like the one around the corner from her house.

I have to say that it was an easy transaction and I got exactly what was ordered. The recepient was happy with the bouquet.

I would definitely use this retailer again. 

FTD Flowers

The purchase of yellow roses and daffodils were beautiful! The vase was so unique and the person I sent the flowers to was so happy! She said that I made her day; they were beautiful! Her son had passed away less than a year ago and I knew she needed something special. FTD made that day extra special by making the arrangement gorgrous!

I don't get to see my mother very often as we live 2000 miles apart.  She loves flowers and ftd makes giving her flowers so easy!  The selection is great, delivery is prompt, and the product is top quality.

I sent what should have been a beautiful arrangement for my ex-husbands funeral.  I can only say how embarrassed I was when I saw the arrangement.  I can only imagine what my children first thought when the arrangement arrived.  After I told my daughter and daughter in law how much I had paid for the arrangement they were shocked.   There were no filler flowers at all. In the arrangement just the lilies and roses.  Nothing to fill in the arrangement.  This is the first time I have been disappointed with FTD and I must say it was one of the most inappropriate times for this to happen.  In case they want to check it was order 363635

FTD floral fiasco

Terrible experience....florist disputed that brown, wilted flowers were delivered for mother's day, refused to upgrade and I have cancelled a future order.   Spent my afternoon solving an issue that would have saved me a headache if they did what they were supposed to.

Beautiful and Long-Lasting

The flower arrangement was delivered on time, which is a biggie for me, was fresh, very fresh and beautigully arranged.  And the biggest surprise was that it lasted for 3 weeks before it even started to look a little ragged.  Just pulled out the ones that showed wear and kind of "fluffed" up the rest and it lasted another few days.  I was really shocked in a food way to get almost a month out of fresh slowersl  I highly reccommend this store to order flowers from.

Easter roses for my sister.

     I did not see the flowers as my sister lives in another town.  She was thrilled with them.  She said that the last ones I sent to her were beautiful but these were even more beautiful.  She also loves the beautiful boxes that they come in--even more than getting a vase and she said that this box was much nicer that the last one (and she loved the last one too). 

     This is a fabulous value?  Thank you so much for offering it. 

     I have to tell you that my sister once told me that nobody in her whole life had ever sent her flowers.  This was 8 years ago when she was 40.  Since then I have purchased flowers or had them sent quite often.  She is always thrilled and appreciative.  She lives alone and they add a tremendous amount of happiness to her life.  Thanks again for providing this wonderful service.

Not as promised

I ordered 25 tulips and got a few tulips with DAFFADILS, lots of daffadils.... - a very expensive, boring arrangement! I was extremely disappointed. The arrangement was delivered when it was promised, but I would have ordered something else if I had know I was getting daffadils.

 very fast delivery...it came 2  days earlier than it said it would, so it came on the actual day my Grand-daughter came home from tha hospital!! Very nice product too.

the flowers i order did not get them till 6 pm on feb. 14 and by monday already turning brown might give yall another chance

Getting the discount offered?

I recieved an email on ordering flower at 20% off so I tried to place the order and I also had a gift card for $15.00 and I was told that I could not use both.  I explained that I had paid for the gift card and they said I had to use only one of the discounts.  This does not make for very good customer service.
