I recently made an online purchase from Fingerhut.  The entire process went very smoothly.  I found what I was looking for, applied for credit and had my item in just over a week.  It actually arrived 3 days sooner than promised.  Some of the items are priced a little more than at other stores but I needed to buy on credit so I was willing to pay the difference.

I have been a purchaser of Fingerhut goods for approximately 40 years. It was how I started my first household. I don't know how I could have done it without Fingerhut's easy payments and decent prices. I have been completely satisfied with their products as well as there service.I would highly recommend Fingerhut to anyone even if they aren't on a tight budget.

I ordered a wonderful infrared oven and ds games for my grandkids,(and me,lol) I was so impressed at the packing of my large oven, I really like the low prices and if I am in a pinch I can pay  a smaller amount and not feel bad, SHOP FINGERHUT AND YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.

I've been satisfied  most of the time with Fingerhuts service, esp getting my order out in a timely manner. Im grateful for having credit with payments that are affordible. My biggest wish is they would thro out the old merchandise selection for new merchandise choices. Its been the same esp on bedding for many years.

My other disappointment is this Christmas, I ordered an x-box game for my grandson. It didn't make the promised date of delivery and the postage was $27 for this tiny game. You feel your prices are affordable, even on sale items, but they get you with the postage. Give them a try. Don't like your item, send it back. No one is making you do business with them. Your choice. I made my choice to trade with them and mostly have been ok so far.

what you've ordered. The customer service people are very business like and very easy to get along with. My only grouch is if I send back one or 5 pairs of shoes, I have to pay a +$7 to cover postage on every singe pair. I feel this is a little high considering this is the first year I've returned any of my seclections.

Great place to shop, great selection esp. if in a little financial crunch yet need shoes right NOW, you have the  credit to charge and monthly payments I can afford. Five stars to Masseys!!!!!!!!

I PURCHASED A PRINTER FROM FINGERHUT.. IT WAS A BROTHER 6 IN ONE PRINTER.. I WAS AMAZED HOW FAST THAT I RECEIVE IT BUT I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WHEN I REALIZE THERE WASN'T ANY CABLE CORD TO GO WITH IT.. THE DESCRIPTION ONLINE DIDN'T INDICATED THAT IT NEEDED ONE OR NOT SO I THOUGHT I WOULDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AS FAR AS HOOKING THE PRINTER UP TO MY LABTOP, BUT UNFORTUNALEY I DID.. I HAD TO WAIT AT LEAST ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE I RECEIVED IT.. THE OVER ALL OF THE OUTCOME WAS WELL WORTH IT.

fingerhutt bedding

I was looking for bedding for a king sized bed.  Hard to find.  I did find a good selection but had a problem finding things that were not girly-girly.  My boyfriend would have a big problem with too much of it.  But if you are really in to the frills. They have alot of great things and choices.

My other problem is that there isn't much that goes with the sets.  Like extra curtains ( have 3 windows in my bedroom) Most sets you can maybe get 2.

Also finding extra matching pillow cases would have been nice. Even solids would have been great.  Not the right colors for the selection that I enjoyed.

Shopping for my family

I like being able to shop on line. Im house bound a lot of time. I have found that Fingerhut always has something I can get for someone and at a good price. I've never had to return anything.

I have fun looking thru everything that Fingerhut offers. So I thank Fingerhut for the really easy way they have made shopping for me.

They carry a good selection of products, some are priced quite a bit higher than other retailers for the same products. My biggest complaint is their shipping & handling fees, THEY ARE OUTRAGOUS!!! I order online from several companies, none of them come close to charging the amounts for S & H fees that FingerHut does!

We just bought Sketchers for my husband they are great and comfortable!  The easy monthly payments make it convenient for us. The shipping was a little slow but over all we were satisfied with the transaction.

Fingerhut merchandise has always been of great quality.  However sending all items in one box can be a problem. I had to open the container at the pot office and remove everything to get it to my vehicle, since it was so heavy.  Otherwise great!!!!
