These Vitamins Are Awesome

I've been taking Andrew Lessman's vitamins  and they are wonderful and a fabulous value.  Also, when he has an on-air appearance, the sales make them even better & there's usually no S&H so you get a chance to stock up without breaking the bank.

I have shopped at HSN a few times and I am never dissapointed. I have only received quality merchandise from them. Delivery is unbelieveable quick. I have no complaints about shopping HSN. Shop for anything on this site you wish and you can usually find just what you are looking for. Fit is usually true to size. Clothing items I have received are made of wonderful quaility. My London Fog rain coat is BEAUTIFUL.

Love hsn BUT....

HSN is one of the best places to find unique, relatively reasonably priced jewelry.  HOWEVER, the folks in the Returns Dept oftentimes do not read/care about the reason items had to be returned.  We've rec'd many obvious returns (rubberbanded boxes, broken/bent jewelry). Need work on quality control and returns.

horrible damaged shipping on large $$$ item

We ordered a 42" Hitachi big screen TV and it arrived looking like it had been dragged behind the truck instead of in it!  It had 3 huge puncture holes and was partially opened and was rattleing around in the box, not well packed at all.  No one signed for this pkg either.  I called UPS and had them pick it back up and got a damage receipt and tracking number.  Now, HSN is saying it's not covered by insurance for shipping back because I just called the shipper and refused it and I don't have a correct tracking number and are giving me a hard time on getting the $$ back of which I've already pd one flex pay of $279.  I will be refuting this with the bank and it will be the LAST item I purchase from HSN!!  HSN is trying to blame everything on the shipper, Hitachi and anyone else and are being of no help, except lots of "oh, I'm so sorry, but you should have waited and gotten a shipping label from us and then taken it to a UPS store to be shipped back".  Excuse me?  There was a reason I had ordered it from them and had it shipped to my house and didn't go carry one home in the back of my NISSAN!!  Also, I have ordered from them for years, made returns before and been happy with their products, prices and services, but not this time.  Agree totally with a posting from before me.....CS could use an attitude adjustment.  And why is there a difference in their attitude IF you are asked to do one of the customer surveys when you are through and if you aren't???

DXG Luxe Series 5MP 720p HD Video Camcorder with Case and 2GB SD Card

Very nice and at a really great price.  I purchased this item in Pink for my 16-year-old daughter.  What I really like is not only is ths very compact, light weight, classy but that it can be so easly put into a small purse and that it runs on regular batteries.  I have several larger camcorder's but once that battery runs out you better have your not so cheep back-up purchased and ready because I have been out and was not able to video due to the battery running out.  I also liked the fact it has a light.  I had to purchase a light for a Canon model that cost over 200 dollars and it had a seprate battery, charger and was heavy.  This camera also is able to take snap shots, although, the quality isn't that great as just a camera but it works okay.  But for the $150.00 I spent on this item I was very, very pleased.  The other nice thing is the 2 GB SD card which comes with it.  With most computers you just take the card and put it right into the computer or even the printer; not a lot of transferring.  I actually plan on testing the SD cards that you can use both with the PDA phones and computers to see if that works!  Great buy for the buck and I definitely would recommend this item.  Another nice thing is I was able to make 3 seperate payments and this allowed me to purchase one for my son as well in black.  And even though I have to great camcorders I look forward to purchasing one for  myself and would recommend these as great gifts.  The compactness of this item is fantastic in itself.

They have a flex-pay ,where you pay in monthly payment on a credit card instead of chargeing it all at once. Which saves you money too.Check them out ,you won't be sorry you did!!
