Whenever I purchase items from JCPenney, I am never disappointed. The clothes are of high quality, return policy (which I hardly use) is great, and the employees are wonderful to deal with.

On line purchase of blouses

I purchased two of the same blouses, in different colors, on line.  When I received them I was very disappointed.  They looked junky, the colors and designs didn't even come close to what they looked like on line.  I did not purchase them as are result of this.  I had them delivered to the store and the sales person was extremely helpful and nice.  She cancelled the order with no charge to me.

I enjoy shopping in the Fultondale store, it is always sparkling clean, displaysare eye catching, and most important, the personnel are always so courteous, and eager to help.

I've been with JC Penneys for 30 yrs & have been ordering over the internet for about 3 yrs.  Their merchandise is always as described & deliveryed fast.  The only time I had a problem was when I was going to order a piece of furniture & was told they do not bring the item in your house.  I'm a widow & 71 yrs old, which made no difference.b

Shopped Boys Clothes

Excellent shopping resource for boys clothes sizes 6-8. My son is right in the middle and we found really great deals on elastic waistband pants and print t-shirts. He loves the Spider Man shirt that talks back.
