I Love Kmart!

I really love K-mart. They have great prices and clearance.They were there when my kids were small and it was a struggle to keep them in clothes as the grew. I definately am a loyal customer.

K Mart.com could be better.

I found the site a little difficult to navigate. They do not give you the opportunity to view your shopping cart. I would have to add an item to get to it. They said I would receive my order by the 13th but did not send it until the 12th so it was the 16th by the time I got it. Customer service was helpful. The site was not accepting Paypal. I contacted a service rep and it was fixed the same day. I would use this site again for a good deal.

Great prices

I have noticed that I can get the same things at KMart for a lot less than Target.

It would have been no problem but when I would get almost checked completely out something would mess up on the web sight and I would have to start over. Other than that I even recieved the merchandise a week ahead of time and it wasn't a bad experience at all.

Received email on 10/14 that item was shipped. Was sent the wrong tracking # and still have not been able to get anyone to give me the right #.

store seek & search

Spent four hours searching thru local Kmart and found that they had recently made excellent changes to improve the quality of their store. Many displays had been revamped from the old style to be more progressive and eye catching. Staff in most locations was more attentive to the customer pressence, even when unable to supply what the customer needed. Inall they seem to have turned on some "heat" to provide a little competion for our local Walmart.  Good job.

I really Love Kmart! I  worked at Kmart In Keylargo Florida. I worked in the Jewlery Dept. I really enjoyed that job! I do believe it was the best Job I ever had....We made it fun....I really miss those girls down there.!

What a great experience

I am a busy person (as we all are) and shopping the Kmart web site is the most rewarding and time saving experience I have ever had. It was so easy. The order actually was shipped before anticipated delivery date so that was a pleasant suprise also.

Fun to shop in a Kmart as you can buy almost everything in one location-the real "soup to nuts" Mentor Kmart has an excellent deli section.

Kmart play station 3 price match toysrus price which is very very to know. kmart need to keep up on matching price with wal-mart, target and other.  special for xams time.keep price low to help poor people like me and other.  I have been unemployment sent july  15th 2008.please please help people like me.it will be nice if sears will start senting coupon to their card holders again.
