It's hard to find good quality boy's slippers.  My twin grandsons are at a Montessori school and wear their slippers each day.  Good quality, good service.

I LOVE LL Bean.  Their products are always guaranteed - if you don't like it send it back.  I once sent back a turtle neck that I'd had for ayear because the next all stretched out.  They promptly sent me a new one.

Family shopping

I enjoy shopping at LLBean. In the last few months I have made many purchases, and have been satisfied with their merchandise. Occassionally I have returned items, and had no problem doing so. I especially like the sales,although sometimes selection is limited.I will continue to shop at LLBean.

All around wonderful

I have shopped with LLBean MANY times. They are very helpful; their website is user friendly and the quality of their items is ALWAYS excellent. I have some t shirts that are at least 14 years old and look like new.

picnic cooler

Ordered the fold up cooler in blue. The color is fine but not the shade of blue it looked like in the picture. I thought it was going to match our beach chairs. Still I think it will be the right size and do what we were looking for. Do agree with others there should be a shoulder strape. Did get it fast and was packaged well

Imported

I was very disapointed to find almost every item of clothing was Imported.  You never said from where, so I'm assuming it was from a foreign country.  The only item made in Maine were the Tote Bags on the back page of the sale catalog sent w/the sweater I ordered.  I should have paid closer attention before I ordered it, but it is a beautiful sweater and fits real well.  I'm trying to buy more made in the USA and need to stick to it.

Shopping for clothes

This is the first time that I have ordered from this company and found that the website was very easy to navigate around- they have a good variety of what I needed and shipping was very prompt. I certainly will shop there again.

I have shopeed LL bean for years because of the outstanding quality of their products at a reaonable price. While the quality of products from other stores I used to shop have diminished I am never disappointed with LL Bean.

Great

I got a winter coat from them several year's ago and just this past winter my zipper broke  I sent the coat back and I got the zipper replaced in it.  L.L. Bean did it free of charge.  Just got my coat back and it's like new now.  You got to love that.

Good Store

Products are of high quality. Their sale items can be great deals, but the regular-priced merchandise can be a bit pricey. Haven't had any problems with orders or shipping. I recommend L.L. Bean (but I suggest to shop the sales first).

They were super comfortable from the moment I put them on- but the soles will leave black marks on wood floors and tiled surfaces; the marks can be cleaned off rather easily- but I wish the manufacturer could correct the issues with the soles.
