What I order may not always work out, but it's typically due to fit and not quality. It's so easy to return things at the local store. And if I want to exchange I've been able to call them to order the exchange with free shipping. They're always very helpful.

Incredible Deals!

I got almost $600 worth of children's clothes for about $150 with tax and shipping during their one-day sale. Everything was shipped really quick and perfect, as described and pictured.

My Favorite Clothing Store!!

I loved Filene's in Peabody..but, they took it away and made it a Macy's..now, Macy's is my favorite store for clothing and wedding presents.

Great sales!

I usually shop Macy's for the kids. There are always great sales and kids clearance always has hidden treasures! :)

Absolutely my favorite store!

When Macys bought out the store that we were use to, it was very exciting. The best part is they lived up to their reputation and it has become my favorite place to shop when we go out to the mall.

All the associates are very kind and helpfull. The sales and clearance racks are alway fantastic to pick thru for a great deal.

 Shopping on line wth them is great too! if something is not what I really wanted I can take it up to the store and return it easy as 1,2,3!

If you watch for the coupon postings on here you can get some great deals on free shipping and other discounts too!

 The cash back doesn't hurt either!  And they seem to alway particapate in the double cash back specials that shop at home runs for holidays and back to school so that is a great thing to watch for too!

The service is great and processing and shipping is fast and efficient! Well worth trying them out if you never have!

Between the free shipping and the and gifts (yes more than one gift!) with purchase, Macy's was truly a suprise to me......I picked Macy's because of the double cash back that day and they lived up to it! 

Not only did I get a beach bag and gift from my beauty product,  Macy's also mailed many samples. The shipping was so fast as well. I intend to put them on the top of my list when shopping on line.

macys has good quality stuff...but a little overpriced.  shop at home helps make shopping a little more reasonable.

I am in love with ROYAL ALBERT fine china, I have purchased items from Macy's and have been very happyy, I cought them on sale and WOW what a sale. These beautiful dishes are the most beautiful, I bought the utensils, and they gave me the beautiful chest to store them in.If you like class then you better go to Macy's.
