What a bargain!  BOGO, AAA discount, AND Cash back through shopathome!  It took just over a week for processing and delivery, and my kids were THRILLED to get there shoes & sneakers through the mail!  I let them pick their own styles online and it saved the hassle and headache of shopping in-store.  Couldn't have asked for a better experience!  Thank you Payless!

Great Online Prices!

We found the shoe we wanted at a walk in store, but they did not have the size we wanted.  The on line price was about half of the price at the store and there was free shipping to the store.  A great time saver vs visiting all the stores in our area looking for the right size!

Purchase on line vs. in store

The shoes I ordered were great, but it would have been nice for them to be available locally so I would have received on time for Easter festivities.  I even paid extra for shipping for 2-3 day delivery, but they do not tell you that does not include their processing days plus UPS processing days so it actually took 5 days.  I ordered 2 pair of shoes and only was able to receive 1 pair so my other child had to wear something different.  The store called me and said they were shipping the 2nd pair for free because they made an error and I still have not received them - very confusing e-mails and calls from them.  The other thing is I had a coupon to use,but could not use it because you had to purchase in store, but these shoes were only available on line so I could not use the coupon.  Don't you think if it is Easter, they should have all their Easter shoes available in the store too.

I can always find the shoes I want on the site. Even when I can't find them in the store.

AE Rain Boots

I loved the boots. Unfortuneatley when I purchased them I needed a size 91/2 They said the sizes were only whole sizes. So I ordered a 10 when I received the boots the size was 10-101/2 now they are way to big and when I looked to order the 9's they are all out.  Now I do not have boots and very disappointed.  I wish the website was more descriptive.
