I purchased an Aerobed from QVC.  While I was on a trip the bed developed a leak.  They shipped another to me by overnight mail before I even was able to return the damaged one.  They were very helpful in  stressful situation.

 I've been shopping with QVC for about 20yrs. I've gotten excellent products as well as great customer service. I have tried products from all categories and found them all to be of excellent quality at a great price.

I'm a petite and I do most of my shopping on QVC, I very rarely have to return anything but when I do there is never a problem. My favorite brands are Dialogue, M by Marc Bower, Denim& Co., Dennis Basso. My favorite handbags are MaxxNew York.

My favorite skin line is Philosophy and my makeup line is Bare Escentuals, both of these line I've used for 4yrs. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! them.

I highly recomend Natures Code, I've been taking the Womens Over 50 for the past 9yrs and have been very pleased with the product.

Provactive Auto Delivery

I only buy my son's proactive at QVC, I am on the auto delivery for the 5 piece  super size set.  The  first order was fine, the 2nd order was delayed because they ran out of stock.  I thought being on the auto delivery you got your order before non auto delivery orders.  It took a month longer to get it. The 3rd order they only sent 4 of the 5 items in the proactive kit.  I am so dissapointed.

I have shopped at QVC for a few years.  I must admit I was skeptical at first, but honestly, they carry quality products and provide quick delivery when it is in stock.  They never ask questions if you choose to send items back and their telephone operators are very curteous and helpful.  I can't begin to tell you the items I have purchased from this company.  I have a mattress set,sheets, a leather chair, wool area rug, lamps, clothing, a TV, kitchen tools, ladder, jewelry, shoes, make-up, shampoo, a computer, printer and software.  I have sent several items back, but have been very pleased with the most of my merchandise.  When you live in a rural area it is a  life-saver and timesaver when shopping for items that are usually not available in my local town.

I have been shopping at the Q since 1990 and have overall been very happy with my purchases. Cosmetics and skincare sets from Smashbox, Dr. Denese and Bare Escentuals are great values. Honora pearls, Nolan Miller, Jenneth Jay Lane, Joan Rivers and Judith Ripka jewelry are among my favorites. In housewares, the Technique hard anodized cookware is the best, as is anything from Valerie Parr Hill or Harry Slatkin. I have more difficulty with the clothing, although anything from Dennis Basso is tops.

I love shopping QVC. I have ordered gifts for people that everyone else is out running around trying to find. I just check daily and am able to get the most popular toys and electronics that stores are always sold out of. And, of course, the easy pay is great too!!!

I have not shopped with QVC for a while. I was looking thru the stations when I saw an item that I decided to get for my mom. I received it just a couple days after I placed the order (which was a lot quicker than I expected). The item I bought is so beautiful and very good quality. This small pink netbook (Laptop easy to use on the net) was the perfect gift for a special girl in my life.  HP is a great brand, and QVC offered me five easy payments.  How could I resist? 

 I bought it for my son's girlfriend's birthday and she was more than thrilled. Cutest little functional computer that they can sync up with the big computer if they've been out and about doing work on it.  Very handy.  Excellent price.
