Sears stand behind their products.
Sears replaced my refrigerator because of a reocurring problem with it. I got the kind of service that any person would want. This is why I will always tell others to shop at sears, for they stand behind their products.

Never a Problem
I have ordered a couple of things from Sears. I find it easy to order from there site and I like being able to pick up at the store. I find the quality of their Craftsmen tools to be very good.

Great Equipment
This DVDirect is great. I wish I had purchased it first before I bought the 198.00 DVD recorder/player at Walmarts. The thing never did work and I couldn't get my money back. This recorder I have now is so easy to work and I would recommend this to anyone, even the computer dummy. Very good product. I have already recorded over 20 hours and have only had it a week.

I had a great time shoping thru Sears. com. It is sometimes difficult to find the right length of pants at the store. This makes it so much easier. They also have a section of sale items and available sizes. I cannot wait for holiday shopping. I have already recommended this option to my mother-in-law.

great air conditioner & wonderful service from Sears
The only problem I had with Sears.com was when it would not accept my SEARS5OFF50 coupon. When I went to the store to pick up the air conditioner I asked an associate if she could help me with that. After stating that they couldn't do a lot with sears.com services, she took my receipt to the manager, who spent a few minutes talking to someone at sears.com snf came out to tell me the name of the person she talked with there and that I'd be receiving a credit for that $5 plus tax. GREAT SERVICE AND A GREAT PRICE FOR THE WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER THAT WILL KEEP OUR SON FROM "BURNING UP" IN HIS FIRST YEAR OF COLLEGE.

If you tried to use the coupon with the code SEARS5OFF50, the coupon is good for $5 off of $50 when purchasing a single item that is $50 or more, not a total purchase of $50 or more. Sorry for any confusion. We hope that helps and thank you for the comment!

I tried it online, too---didn't work. So I called customer service and they placed my order, with the $5 discount for me. They said the coupon is valid and they're checking into why it won't work.
