Great shopping site

I have purchased some jewelry off this site and have also watched their programs on t.v. I have not had any bad experiences and I don't know about their return review due to the fact that I haven't shipped anything back as of yet. I have kept all the things that I have ordered from them. The quality of the jewelry is absolutely wonderful. No bad jewelry (if there is such a thing). I love their jewelry and I will continue to purchase from them until otherwise.

Good Quality Products But High S&H

The Isomers skin care products are worth their money but normally I don't buy because the S&H is so high. I only bought this time because I had a coupon code off the S&H

I bought some Sensa because I wanted to lose a few pounds.  ShopNBC.com sent it out fast, I received it a couple days after I placed the order.  I love the products that this Web site offers.  I have purchased many items.  Most things you can not find any where else.  I advise everyone I know to give them a try.  You will not be disappointed

FRAUD!!!!!

I ordered a Toshiba 10.1" computer package from ShopNBC.  After waiting at least 20 days for the delivery, I was shipped a used computer.  Not only was the computer's box resealed, but the computer already had a user/administrator registered on the system.  When contacted, ShopNBC informed me that they were not able to accept returns for this company, and I had to send the computer back to Toshiba.....wait for them to notify ShopNBC.......wait approx. 30 days for a refund.........then reorder the computer.  Oh yeah, they told me that they would refund my return shipping, but they do not refund the fee to insure the package.  They send me a used computer and now I am out of even more money while trying to return used merchandise passed off as new!!!!!!!!!!!  Can we say extremely poor customer service........and even worse morals and ethics!!!!  ( The $150 rebate ends on 7/18/09.  They stated that they would still honor it for me.  However considering their lack of morals, would you believe them..........I think not! )

The Best peopleWork At "Shop NBC"

LOve Shop NBC and discovered they have the best products and the best prices available on the Shopping Networks. I love my Margie home !! The stain glass tiffany lamps, rugs, tables and chairs I have purchased. Their hosts are quite knowledgeable with great personalities!! Enjoyable to watch !!

Leather Luxe

Purchased a black leather blazer that is very well made. The quality of the material and the design are the best.

There were other jackets featured at the same time, but no other leather blazers that were 26 inches long. It needs to cover my hips, regardless of what fashion dictates at any given time. I think their designers should recognize that not all women want their jackets to end at the bustline!

The payments are spread out over six months, which makes this purchase affordable.

Horrible

I ordered the new Acer 18.4 inch screen laptop and thought I was going to get it for an anniversary gift, boy was I wrong!! They sent out a email letting me know the order was being processed and gave the expected delivery date only to turn around and give my money back and tell me my credit was not good enough to do value pay!!!  Even after I did value pay on another item that is 1 payment away from being paid in full!! Never again with I shop with SHOPNBC!!!!!!

great unless you need customer service

I really like ShopNBC in general however--they have the worst customer service of any of the tv shopping networks.  Most of the items are of high quality but not all. I've also experienced shipping problems like the other reviewer where the item never came, it is clear from the tracking and yet customer service seems to be at a loss to provide help.Not true of other sites.  Also, beware of pricing.  Even with the daily specials you are likely to see the same item priced lower later in time--sometimes with hundreds of dollars difference.

Fashion

I was a regular shopper at this site until they began carrying a line of fashion with real fur. I voiced my strong objection to this seller to no avail. Thus I can no longer,in conscience, shop at this site.

Great products

I have bought many things from ShopNBC and have been happy with all of then.  Thhe jewelry that I have bought thrugh Treasures D'Italia has been fabulous and IO receive so many compliments.  I recently bought a leather coat that is great.

Atrocious customer service

Item was not received. Tracking clearly states that it was scanned on arrival to usps then no no more entries. It was never sent out for delivery, yet it is me that has to take the time , trouble and expense to get a notorized statement. Not worth the bother doing business with this company
