My favorite REAL designer brands for a lot less!!!

I he ordered with them for over fiv years now & retuned a few things.  Returns are sooo easy & they issue credit fast!! I check them before anyone else!

One of the items I ordered wasn't available. The mattress pad didn't have any memory foam in it as stated in the description. Thank goodness they were willing to pay for return shipping because the box was huge.

Love this store - good selection of linens

Smart bargains has a great selection of bed linens at good prices. They tend to have high-end products, so they may cost more that linens found at bargain stores. However, Smart Bargains has the best prices for items of comparable quality.

I like to shop at the end of the season for items I'll need next year.  The Michel Kors hat is great, as it's oversized and I have dreads that need covering!

I ordered two necklaces.  They came promptly.  Both were packaged well.  Both are beautiful and I'll undoubtedly order from SmartBargains again.

Excellent Customer Service

I contacted SmartBargains after receiving a sofa slipcover with a rip in the seam. I was reluctant to call because I figured it would turn into a big hassle trying arrange a return, get a refund and reorder a new slipcover. I couldn't have been more mistaken. The representative I spoke with apologized for the defective merchandise, offered me a free return shipping label and reassured me I would receive a refund once the item was received. She also guaranteed the sale price  when I decided to reorder another one. Two days later when I notified  a different customer rep that I had reordered on line and should receive a credit for the sale price, she checked my account and verified the price guarantee had been recorded. Within three days I received a full refund for the defective item and a partial refund on the latest purchase. Shipping by UPS was fast and convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again!

I had a problem with the 12% new customer promotion that didn't work. When I called, they were very nice about it and credited me the right amount after verifying the promotion.

Best online shopping experience

I have ordered and received serveral pieces of jewerly, sheets, towels, etc. from Smart Bargains. The items I ordered are as described and sometimes even better than written up. The items always arrive when projected and usually before. But the main point I like about Smart Bargains, they provide customer reviews that are not only praising of the product but the ones that say "don't buy not worth the money". They also offer special discounts off their already fantastic prices. In the end, I love Smart Bagains and will continue to shop their online products.

What is there not to like about this store?? The sheets are absolutely the best things since sliced bread, as a matter of fact, I have friends requesting them as gifts for their birthdays!! And what's not to like about the prices they have on their shoes? They make otherwise unaffordable shoes, affordable for the likes of working women like me.
