Nice quality fabric and I received the item in a timely manner BUT the shipping charges are outrageous, It would have been $17 if I ordered everything I wanted to buy. I refused to spend that much on shipping, then they add an extra $1.95 per order for handling!

Spiegel has different styles than you would fine in your normal shop malls.

I always receive complement on the jeans, sweater (with lace), tank tops, embellished skirt,etc., that I have purchased from Spiegels.

I have only return an item if the size I order was to large for me.

I am very satisfied with the quality of there product.

SO REGRETFUL!

 I bought a blouse and a belt recently and i dont like it when i received it, it looks so cheap, looks so nice when i look at it online, and the size is too big for my regular size, i order large but it seems double xl. I will never buy spiegel products no more. It was letting me have the free shipping with the coupon code i used, but then when it was being confirmed they charge me the shipping i was so disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE! Spiegel's Poor Service

During one of the worst recessions in American history Spiegel couldn’t care less about good customer service.  A company that does that deserves to go out of business.  I will never shop there again.  My purchase cost $111.94. The items looked great online, but when I received them, they were made of an extremely thin material (you could see through it), even though they were supposed to be sweaters.  The clothes hung beautifully on the models shown online, but the material was sooo poor, it clung to everything and didn’t hang at all when I tried them on!  Very ugly!  I immediately returned the items and even though I provided my email address, Spiegel never sent me a confirmation that they received the items.  So, I had to call them 3 times over a period of 5 weeks before I received any confirmation that the items were received.  Two of the calls I made were received by extremely rude operators that couldn’t care less whether they helped me or not, so I never got an answer.  Finally after five weeks, the operator I called told me the items were received, but that I would have to wait another 3 – 4 weeks before I would receive a refund!  I waited and waited and finally at the very end of the 4 weeks I saw a refund on my bank statement, but it was for $89.05 with no explanation about what they took $22.89 for!  (Maybe it’s in the fine print somewhere, but I didn’t see it). POOR Quality, POOR Service

I have been shopping with Spiegel since the '90s; however, my last experience was very unpleasant. I  will not do shopping with Spiegel anymore. I applied my coupon and got very nice discount. When I checked my credit card, I was surprise to find out that my charge does not match my receipt. I asked to fix this problem, but custumer service primice to fix this error and never corrected. I call and call, but no result. First time in my shopping history, I had experience with big fat lie.

Excellent merchandise and service

I've been buying from Spiegel for many years and I am always pleased with the merchandise.  The quality is superb at great prices.  I love the sales and the discounts on specials.  This has never changed throughout the years.  I highly recommend Spiegel.

Frustrating customer service

I contacted Speigel within several hours of placing my order on February 18th to cancel the order. They answered back in email stating that the order was already processing and could not be cancelled. The package was not shipped until the following business day. As I see it, they could have easily stopped the order, but did not want to stop the order.

I refused the shipment when it arrived. As of March 3rd, I have not had any further comunication from Spiegel and have not had a refund to my account .

Great quality and style

I have been shopping with Spiegel since the '80s and have found that their styles and quality are excellent. I still have clothing and bed comforters that I purchased many years ago that are in good condition after much wear. Spiegel's "Together" collection is my favorite...it is feminine without being frilly...I have gotten some great bargains on their website since I subscribe to their emails and promotions...and their Rewards program is terrific. I recently bought 2 beautiful blouses decorated with delicate leaves around the neckline...one for me and one for my sister's birthday.....they fit us both to a "T".....they are jersey but have a lot of weight to them so they fall beautifully on the body. Not counting S&H they came out to $3.50 a piece....now where else can you get a deal like that?????? I also have the Spiegel card...even though their interest rates are high I use it for convenience and pay it off every month. Spiegel is definitely one of the best stores around!!!!!

Merchandise Quality

Service was great, but the quality of the sweater I ordered was very poor.  I ordered an XL sweater for my granddaughter because the style of the sweater was to be worn over an under layer..  The sweater stretched to about a 3XXX size. I had not ordered from Speigel in several years and I guess this is the reason why.

Charcoal Vest and Charcoal Gauchos

This is a beautiful suit.  The cut is perfect.  You could probably wear this outfit to church, work or even dinner.  You can wear it with open toes pumps or in the winter, some boots.  The fabric is comfortable.  Spiegel knows fashion.
