I searched several different online stores for a reasonably priced computer, and Staples had the best value.  Ordering was easy, and delivery was fast.  Plus, the various delivery options were nice (I could elect to pick it up at a local store if I wanted).

I was very pleased with my purchase.  I found Staples to have the best price for the calculator I needed, and was able to fill out the rebate right online.  The calculator was delivered to my door 2 days later!  Thanks Staples for the prompt service!

Not a Good Transaction

I was supposed to get 6% cash back (double because it was Labor Day promotion).  Usually they are supposed to give 3%.  But I only got 1%.  That's happened with several vendors here and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it.  Very disillusioning.

I do not believe it is staples fault. I really think that it is the fault of this site. I have been told that the toolbar purchases only get 1% but ifyou go through the site to staples then you will get the3%. I don't even have the toolbar installed. And I always use the site. They just don't want to pay the user what they advertised on their website. At this point I will find another site and I might just see what I can do legally about what they are doing on this site.  I ordered a shredder online, choosing based on posted reviews. Not only is the shredder great, but it arrived less than 24 hr. after I submitted my order. Awesome.

It was a great feature to see all the items at staples and shop for a sale on printable CD's from the comfort of my home. Then, I went into the store and everything was ready for me. What a timesaver and money saver with the cash back.

This is the 2nd bookcase like this I have purchased. Outstanding quality at a fantastic price. I have 2 bookcases filled with all my books & study guides pretaining to God. I needed to get another book shelve, because my bookcases ran out of room. I always look at staples first. Because they have quality products at outstanding prices. And when you live on a low fixed income. I know I can always count on staples. And free shipping when you order $50.00 or more works great for me, since I do not drive anymore.
