This is a great place to shop, the customer service is fantastic, they are prompt on their shipment, and the items are good quality.. It does cost a little mre for the convienince of shopping from the net, but it is worth it and the payments a low if you are using the choose and charge

Holiday Hams

Every year since we found them we get our Yule hams from Swiss Colony I have never had a better one. This year we added their applewood smoked bacon to the order and my husband joked about getting a part time job to keep us supplied with the bacon. needless to say it is as big a hit as the ham. Thank you Swiss Colony.

It was so easy to order online form the Swiss Colony catalog. All the items looked really good.  I enjoy the sugar free items the most and they are really good.

Pleasantly simple

I loved the ease of shopping on the net. The promotion lead me right to what I wanted.I would have liked a bigger selection. I'm sure there was a way to find it. It just didn't pop out at me.

lemon log

this was the worst tasting cake I ever had.  I paid $22 for something that was so dry it tasted lke cardboard inside.  The frosting was fine but the inside was horrid.  I would nverorder another one.  I should get my money back for it

easter no show

terrible, i placed a large order at the end of may,they sent the chocolate through

the post office  (a  perfect choice with the heat in florida)  it didnt matter anyway because i still haven't received it.

They had no way of contacting anyone on   easter weekend so i called them monday and they said they could not locate the shipment and perhaps it was stolen by someone at the post office.  a happy easter for my family for sure.

Chocolate Butter Toffee

The toffee used to be so good, however this order tasted sugar-free or something.  Maybe I was sent the wrong order.  Did you change your chocolate butter toffee?

i love getting things in the mail

it was sent promptly, all was wrapped good, the meats and cheeses are soooooooooooooo good, i like the strawberry cake, the best is the vallia bread and the honey butter!!!! yummy, some of the items i got for Easter gifts. thanks so much always good at swiss colony.cj

POOR!POOR AND PPOOR!!!

I placed an order for Easter Sunday with my children.The items were available at the time, I was notified days late on April 3 that more than half of my order was no longer available,Iattempted to cancel the remainder of my order since it wasn't near enough to cover dessert for 15 people;I was told this wasn't possible since my order was already sent out.This was April3rd. I was notified April5th that my order was shipped that morning. I could have in fact cancelled my order on the 3rd as I attempted to. Instead I was told I could donate my order to a charity,get a receipt and then be credited for my payment. To me this was very unfair from start to finish.I will never purchase anything from swiss colony again.I not only spoke with customer service but also to a supervisor,I was given poor information by both.WAKE UP PEOPLE!!

I love this place!

I work so much & always busy with kids, sometimes i want to eat gourmet food, but too tired to go drive far for it, especially when there is nothing but junk food places near where i live. so i order lots of good stuff here & stays good in the freezer, when i am in the mood for gourmet food and its just me & my husban, now we can enjoy from home, just stick in the oven & in less than an hour u have gourmet food. I love this place!

Was it worth the time?

When I received the catalog from Swiss Colony I was hesitant at first to use their product. I was so surprised! The products are so impressive and beautiful. The customer service reps are helpful going beyond what is necessary. I order every month from them for all of my family gifts. I will continue to as I am so pleased . Don't delay like I did. They are great!!!

Sugar Free and Taste Good, TOO!

I ordered three of the sugar-free items for myself for Christmas.  I never order for myself because of my diabetes but this year I decided I wanted something special.  I found it.  I love all of it.  The sampler I bought had wonderful gourmet brownies and the Pecan Clusters are great.  Try it for yourself, you will love it.

Holiday order

Excellent service!!  Items were accidently delivered to incorrect address due to my order error.  Swiss colony not only allowed the person at the incorrect address to donate the items to charity, but also issued a full credit to my account. 

party with no food

my order came---7 days late. I had a christmas party and had to dash out and buy more food because my order wasn t here. when it did come,(7 days late) several of the boxes were damaged.

Baklava, Truffles and Petit Fours

The baklava and truffles were delicious!  Baklava pieces were pretty small, but very rich!  The chocolate truffles were a nice, fat size and the center was very creamy, much better than I've had in the past!

 The petit fours were steppped up in quality this year, too!  The cake was not nearly as dry , as I have received in the past.

Customer service good truffles not so good.

Fast service order delivered within days. Truffles have always been nice and fresh before but not so this year. Kind of disappointed.
