I been with computers for 25 years and the number one store that I buy from is TigerDirect or Compusa. Compusa is a few miles from me ( NorthLake )...they also been nice to me and they always have sales of their Stuff. They do have the best prices for a store. If I need it now..then I will drove a few miles..and they alway have that item on handle. I repair computer and if someone need a part...I tell them that they can go to Compusa and pick up what they need.

Fast Shipping Excellent Customer Service

 We buy a lot of merchandise from here and continue to receive excellent merchandise from them. When a problem arises they have been on top of making sure that our problems were taken care of quickly.

I have bought quite a few things through Tiger Direct and every transaction has been great.  Their site explains the specs for each item in detail so you know what you're buying and their shipping is the fastest I've seen.  If you don't understand something, just give them a quick call.  I have.  Their sales people and techs are the best.  You won't go wrong buying from them, give them a try.  You won't regret it!

This is the only company I will buy from for electronic parts to repair or upgrade computer systems,I like them for one of many reasions, they deal with Systemax and Infotel, they make computer systems and Tiger direct is one of there sellers,I bought my first computer at there Fletcher Ohio sales office I still have that computer and have added menory and a larger Hard drive and reloaded the operationg systemto Windows XP, They Tiger mDirect is a very good company to buy from..........Gerry Saffell

Last Minute Gift Purchase

Only my second purchase from this company, and I waited til the last minute to order a gift certificate because I knew I could always print something out. However this company - 1) Immediately sent me something NICE to print out, and 2) got an actual gift card to me before Christmas, and 3) charged no shipping whatsoever.  They have everything including good customer service. Do not hesitate to do business with this company!

Satisfactory experience

Not all item specifications are displayed - can be hard to find. Frustrating check-out. Suggest you try another carrier - UPS took 5 days to deliver once the package arrived in my city!

Excelllent service and prices

  I am by no means a newcommer to Tiger Direct.  I have built one complete computer ( and two more are in the works) with near about 90% of the parts from them, as well as numerous other components for audio and video connections.  This would NOT be the case if their prices and service were not TOPS!  I shall continue as one of their satifisfied customers for, I hope, a very long time.

 I have always gotten good merchandise from them.  Customer Service is good too.  My only regret with them is their limit on quanities and their high shipping charges.

After a bit of difficulty with the delivering service, I found the tv to be supurb.  Even the delivery service came to my aid and they were fine.  My problem was a torn rotator cup and I couldn't help the delivery guy.  All is well that ends well.

If you have not been to Tiger Direct.com yet, you just don't know what your missng. I started sopping at Tiger Direct over 2 years ago and I just have not been able to find any place else that has just what I want and with a price I can handle. My husband never shopped on line before, until I introduced him to Tiger Direct and now I can;t get hime out of it. They have just about everything you can think of from computers to cell phone and their prices are just geat and the quality it wonderful. If I could I would give them 10 stars instead of 5.
