i can never find unique or specific toys at walmart. I always go to toys r us for all my kids birthday and christmas toys. Its hard to shop there without leaving buying everything on your cristmas list. you always know you will find what uyour kids are asking for.

Toys R us is a great online shopping store.  I love searching their latest released items and their clearance items.  I am defintely a bargain shopper, especially with today's economy.  I love the printable coupons!!!

Problem solved

I had ordered a Birthday present (a easel) and was told that what was a good product name had failed us.  The easel kept falling apart. When I called Toys 'R' Us the people I spoke to where most apologentic in such a way that I reordered but did give the easel a low rating.

The toy chest I ordered from Toys R Us arrived damaged, I shipped it back the next day but it took 3 weeks to credit my account for the toy chest and they made me pay for shipping!

Finding what you need

 I think if your not wanting to or if your not able to get out this is the best thing I've seen ever. It was easy to find, order and took less than one week to get here. With gas as high as it is now this is the way to go if you don't have to get out. You know what your going to buy you don't have kids pulling you from all directions wanting to buy more than what you need.

Don't believe what you see

Not happy with Toys R Us.  The web site said in red free shipping and then did not honor it.  I will talk badly about them when I can.  I emailed and called them about this and got a too bad from them.  Thanks!!

I was searching for a electronic basketball shooter for my kids and Toys R Us had it for the same price as everyone, but the shpping was a better price. I went with them thinking I would recieve it within 4 or 5 days. It took forever!!!!! So if your ordering something for your kids don't let them know because the shipping on one item is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great store OK product

I have been on a waiting list since November for this item and finally was able to get on and purchase it before it sold out. I think however because of the high demand of the product they rushed production because for the first time ever I had a lot of trouble putting this Delta book case together, I wouldn't recomend the item (Disney Princess Book Rack) the poles are uneven and we even had to drill our own holes to get it to work and it still didn't fit together properly but my brother was able to get it to work. I was at a loss and he saved me :) 

Jazz Playpen Chili at Toys R Us

I had a great experience with Toys R Us. I bought a playpen there and I love it. Highly recommend it. I did a bunch of research and this one is great. I wanted a simple one that would be comfortable for my kids to use. A little hard to set up at first but after you get the hang of it, it's fine. Can only get this one online.  Shipping kinda slow though.

Great toys!

I got the last minute toys that I needed and they were shipped quickly. I did have to pay a lot for shipping which sucked because everywhere else I found had free shipping if you bought as much as I did. And one of them did show up late, even though I paid for shipping. The  toys were great though!

SAVED CHRISTMAS!

I didn't have money for Christmas till the 17th when I got my bonus. The local stores where out of everything. I ordered from Toys-R-Us and 2 days later it was on my front porch. I had ordered a Plush Toy and blanket that was wrapped in tissue before it was added to box. The box  was packed carefully so nothing was damaged or smashed. It was like it was their own package. I WILL tell everyone I see order from them they are to be trusted.
