I met Sam Walton at the opening of Purcell, OK., store in the late 70's. He had it totally 'together' then and still does. Clean stores, mass market appeal, technical excellence. Walmart is always one step ahead of competition. Amazing! My advice...........Buy Stock!

in general walmarts prices are excellent, but on a lot of items, you can do better shopping at supermarkets. Example: Name brand soda. Walmarts prices for coke and pepsi are typically higher that the local supermarkets. I also find that the average employee at walmart is lazy and incompetent.

Wal-mart is a great store to shop at because you can do all of your shopping in one place. You will almost always find everything that you need. And very rarely you won't be able to find stuff. They have great prices hard to beat.

Walmart has never shipped the wrong thing and using Site to Store is great.  You can pick up your items at your convenience which helps when you have curious children at home when the UPS guy gets there

shopping here is inexpensive and has some updated clothes for kids.....not so clean is my complaint, but very good for one stop shop.

walmart has what i need, usually for a somewhat decent price. too bad it squashes the mom and pops shops. at least i never seem to get a grumpy worker, they always seem more than willing to help me. but then again, i am nice to them as well.

Walmart is changing

It looks to me like Walmart has eliminated some products to make room for their brand. A few things I normally buy they no longer carry. Now I make a trip to a supermarket to get the items Wally's no longer carries. Walmart is no longer a one stop for me. Anyone else here notice any products dscontinued or cut back on the variety of others? Such as a bigger variety of auto dishsoap. I had 2 choices, Walmart brand or the expensive Cascade. I chose the Walmart brand. I normally use the Palmoliove or Sunlight which the last couple of times were either out or no longer carry.
