Photo site excellent!
I used the photo site to make a calendar and mousepad. It was lots of fun, easy to do, and I was very pleased with the results. I was also very happy with the quick turnaround time. I received both items throught the mail very quickly. Thanks Walgreens!

Photo Gifts good but expensive
I ordered a small photo book of my 7 month old. I wanted to see how it would turn out to see if it would be a good Christmas gift for my relatives. I was very pleased with the book and started to order more. When I ordered one book the shipping was $1.99 which I felt was reasonable. However when I wanted to order 16 more books the shipping price was $25.84. These books are 2" by 3" and weigh less than a pound each. I inquired about a volume discount or the possibility of them shipping to a store to save money. They would do nothing. I went to Walmart.com and ordered the same exact book for cheaper and they have site to store so I did not have any shipping cost. I order photos and photo gifts often and will no longer choose Walgreens.

I've never, ever had a problem with using Walgreens for my photo developing. In many cases, the pictures are ready prior to one hour.

Customer Service Excellent
I accidentally cropped my picture too much. My pictures came out with my husband's forehead cut off. When I brought it to their attention via email I was immediately given a reorder which was still wrong. So I went to the store and got my pictures reordered correctly with no problem. I was very impressed.

Shopping for Bargains
For friendly service you cannot beat the Highland Park and Lincolnshire, IL Walgreens stores. Both of these stores have very helpful clerks. The cosmetic counter ladies at the Highlnd Park store are super helpful.

excellent
The empoyees I have communicated with have all been very courteous. The store is clean and well kept. The cashier mentioned a really good deal on reeses candy bars to me. I was very excited about that! II had ordered pictures and they were done in record time. The pictures were of good quality.

Not So Good
We recieved an e-mail that the order was ready to pick up. Went to the store they could not find it. Not very good service. the associate was also a little rude afte saying we word told it was there because the e-mail said it was. It took the 2 days to find it.

Very Enjoyable
I really enjoy shopping at Walgreens. It seems they really have a veriety of gift items. I love their As Seen On TV isle. I also like the size of the store, not to big to where I have to walk a mile to find a little gift for someone special. I also enjoy getting my prescriptions there. Every one is so nice and friendly. This is my kind of store.

Love Walgreens
Each time I go to Walgreens I find more and more ways to save. I am a mother of two with two dogs and a husband to feed and take care of and Walgreens makes it real easy on my pocket book to get all my basic needs. I love Walgreens!!!
