Home Exercise Equipment

Working out at home is becoming a more affordable and easy way to stay in shape. Not only will you save money on gym memberships, you won't be spending money on the gas it takes to shuttle you back and forth. If you plan on running, make sure you have a good pair of running shoes. Use Sears coupons to save on a great selection of exercise equipment and accessories, such as running shoes and clothes. If you're looking for a total body workout, HSN has a great selection of all-in-one machines that can give you the adjustable workout you need. If you prefer guided workouts, take a look at Denise Austin's work out programs and help develop a schedule. For all other equipment and video needs, check out your local sporting goods store, like Sports Authority coupons and earn 4% Cash Back.

Nutrition

If you eat unhealthful food, chances are, you're not going to get the results you want from your workout. If you need help planning your diet, consider talking to your doctor first to find a diet that's right for you and your weight-loss goals. Don't forget to eat! Increasing your daily routines also means increasing the amount of calories your body needs.

Gym Memberships

Working out with a buddy can help motivate and encourage you to stick to your New Year's resolution. Gyms have a greater selection of equipment and often include amenities you can't always get at home, such as day care, swimming pools and personal trainers. Although they can be more expensive, if you stick to your routine, it will be worth it in the end.

Consider these health and fitness gyms and find a location near you:

Supplements

From vitamins to protein shakes, ensure your body is getting the nutrients it needs. Depending on your goal, find the supplements that will work with your ultimate fitness target. If you plan on bulking up, find a protein powder or protein bars that provide you with the extra protein you need to build muscle. Vitamins also help promote healthy muscles, and a clean and toned physique.

Clothing & Accessories

One of the fundamental staples of working out is the clothing. Chances are, if you feel uncomfortable, you will look comfortable and it may impact the quality of your workout. Depending on how you like to exercise, buy clothing and shoes that fit and that are appropriate to the type of workout you would like to complete. Wearing the proper undergarments for women is important also to ensure you're giving your body the support it needs. First, figure out what type of workout you prefer – swimming, running, yoga or weight lifting, etc. – and choose your wardrobe from there. Don't forget additional accessories like water bottles, sweat bands, iPods and headphones!

Body by Jake Cardio Cruiser, worth it so far.

I bought the Body by Jake Cardio Cruiser.  So far I really like it.  The Cardio workout is great and I can really feel it in my arms and legs.  I feel like I got a good deal because I got $100 off the original price and they shipped it for free.  It is a big machine, so I can't imagine what it would have cost to ship.
