If your Order is less than thirty days old…..

Most Merchants let us know of your order within thirty days of your purchase. If your order date is less than thirty days ago, please be patient. Let us know if you haven't seen your rebate once your order is one month old.

If your Order is more than thirty days old…..

Please provide us with all of the following information so that we may research your order. Once we receive your request, we will contact the merchant within 1 business day regarding your order. Most Merchants get back to us within 14 business days. We will contact you by email once we hear from the Merchant.

Some Merchants do not keep purchase records for cash back rewards beyond 60 days from date of purchase. Please make sure your request comes to us within that time frame. If your order was placed more than 60 days ago, we will do our best to find a resolution!

In any event, rest assured we will do our best to make sure your rebate is found!
